50 Yorkville Avenue, West Residence

The first 23 floors have 259 hotel rooms with the condominium suites located above. Residents of the Four Seasons Yorkville condos have a private, discreet entrance and lobby separate from the hotel, located on Yorkville Avenue.

A maximum of four suites per floor, each residence is individually accessed via direct elevator service from the ground floor lobby and there is also a separate service elevator controlled by security. Suites feature terraces, gas fireplaces, minimum 10' ceilings, crown mouldings, full height curtain-wall window systems, central vaccum and include two parking spaces and one locker. Heat pumps provide multiple year around heating and cooling zones within each unit. Suite sizes start from two bedroom floor plans of over 1950 SF and reaching the size of the full floor penthouse, 9308 SF.

Housed on the 9th floor is the 28,000 SF spa featuring an indoor pool, whirlpool, an outdoor summer terrace, two steam rooms, 17 private treatment rooms and a beauty salon. The 3,500 SF state-of-the-art fitness club is located on the 8th floor and features free weights, a yoga studio and strength training and cardio equipment.

Two restaurants are located in the West Residence. Dbar is a lounge for cocktails and casual meals that also features an outdoor seasonal terrace. Upstairs Cafe Boulud offers more formal fine dining by Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud.

The East Residence is home to the italian sensation, Buca. Buca Yorkville is an Italian restaurant open for lunch and dinner. The daily menu offers Residents and Hotel Guests an enjoyable and ambient atmosphere with their fine dishes.

55 Scollard Street, East Residence

As a residential-only building, residents of the Four Seasons Yorkville have a separate entrance and lobby. The front lobby is accessible via Yorkville, and the rear accessible via Scollard. Residents can access all hotel amenities including the spa and fitness centre located in the West Residence building via an elevated pedestrian bridge on the 9th floor.

A lush courtyard park, shared by both buildings, fronts on Yorkville Avenue and is accessible from Scollard. Suites feature balconies, minium 10' ceilings, crown mouldings and typically include one parking and one locker. Heat pumps provide year-round heating and cooling. Suite sizes range from 1-bedrooms at 750 SF to the largest of suites being over 5,000 SF.
